I'm Charlotte (also known as Charlie), the founder of Paper Plane Travel. I've worked in the service and travel industry for over 10 years, notably as Head of Sales and Concierge at Mr & Mrs Smith. After 4 years in London (and many years in other countries), I moved 'back home' to Manchester and followed my passion to set up Paper Plane; an independent, tailor-made travel agency. Having travelled extensively for business and pleasure, I love to use this first hand knowledge to help find and book you the perfect trip.

Think of me as your travel PA. As well as flights, hotels and transfers, I'll assist with those extra touches; restaurant bookings, experiences and special requests - looking to dine underwater? sleep in a treehouse? I've got you covered.
